Driver select and installation:

1.Total load power of the driver should not be over than 80% of the driver rated power.

For example: Driver output:DC5V,40A, Rated power is 200W. the load power should not be over

Than 200*80%=160W. If every pcs light is 0.1W, Then the quantity should not be over than

160/0.1=1600pcs.

 2.If there is more than one driver, Pls make sure that there is no reture circuit.Otherwise the drivers

Will be burn out.

3.Connect ways: When connect the string with driver, pls keep the beging and the end contacted with the main wire . and main wire must be 2.5 mm2 .

Widely used for channel letters, 3D illuminated logos, storefront signs, outdoor billboards, building facade decoration, shopping mall & commercial lighting, pixel dot matrix screens and landscape lighting.

Notes

1.when connecting the wirelines to the power supply , please careful , if wrongly , the lights will not work .

2.please don't' connect the lights to AC220V , or the lights will be damaged .

3.The diameter of puching hole is at 9mm , 12mm , 16mm . Please punch the hole based of the diameter of lights . The pitch between lights is from 20-50mm , please design it according of the project . Generally ,more close , more bright and also more expensive the cost .

4.Installing lights : please clean the frame ahead before installing lights , For RGB full color pixel led lights , please exactly install as the diagram.

5.Connecting:Generally , the wastage of power is about 20% ; so not connect all the lights together only by one line wireline . For keeping every light enough power , have to use several wirelines according to the projects , we advise that every 300pcs lights share 1pcs wirelines ,and connect to the power supply directly .

Q: What should I pay attention to when installing these 9mm LED pixel lights?

A: ① Only cut at the marked cutting points.

② Never connect the pixels directly to high voltage.

③ The lamp body is IP68 waterproof, but wire joints need extra waterproof sealing.

④ Test all lights before sealing the advertising letter box.

⑤ Avoid strong pulling of wires and sharp bending of lamp beads.

⑥ Do not overload the power supply and keep away from high-temperature areas.
