1. Q: Is it truly waterproof for outdoor use? Can it work in rainy days?
A: No, It is semioutdoor led display screen, it is not waterproof , can't used for outdoor and can't be used in rainly days.
2. Q: What is the working voltage of the module?
A: DC 5V, you need to use matched regulated 5V power supply. Do NOT connect to 220V directly, otherwise the modules will burn out.
3. Q: What is the viewing distance?
A: For P10: best viewing distance 8–30m; P16: 12–50m.
4. Q: Can I use it to scroll Chinese / English text?
A: Yes, it supports scrolling characters, numbers, simple symbols. You need to match the LED controller and software.
