1. Ensure flat installation base. Uneven bracket will lead to poor splicing gap and grid display.
2. Calculate power load reasonably. Do not overload the power supply to avoid unstable brightness or module burnout.
3. Do not install in environments with strong corrosive gas.
4. Complete full lighting test before sealing the screen frame, confirm all modules display normally.
5. During transportation and installation, modules wrapped by protective film can prevent surface damage; remove film after installation.

Q1: What does lamp-driver integrated PCB mean?
A: LED beads are on the front of PCB, and the driver IC chips are mounted on the back. This design makes the module thinner and easier for splicing.
Q2: Will there be mosaic or grid effect after splicing?
A: Our self-developed mask has good flatness. With correct installation, it can hide splicing seams perfectly without grid or mosaic phenomenon.
Q3: What is the service life?
A: Adopting imported PC raw material. The module kit is anti-deformation, with 10 years service life under normal working environment.
Q4: Are the connectors reliable?
A: All connectors pass 100-hour cyclic aging test. Signal sockets are customized with special pin size and plating process for stable signal transmission.
